If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, unworn, or unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tag and seals intact. You’d need the receipt or proof of purchase if was a gift.


Beauty Product Return or Exchange Policy:

Unopened/unused items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Opened / Gently used items can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.


Robes Product Return or Exchange Policy:

We have a 30-day store credit policy on robes.  Please consult our size chart before ordering.  For damaged or defective items, contact us, tell us what went wrong, and send a picture. 


To start a return, you can contact us at miklahbeautyproducts@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

***Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.*** 


Since we offer free shipping the majority of the time, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer standard free shipping and handling every day on U.S. orders over $99* when shipping to the lower 48 states. This free shipping & handling offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO, and International orders. In the summertime or during hotter weather, our Whipped Body Butters are excluded from the free offer as they have to be shipped in cold insulated packaging (see image) so they would not melt.  



Most orders ship within 2-5 business days after you placed your order unless otherwise stated. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Your final shipping cost will be available to you during checkout. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service, etc. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice. Please note, some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe. However, you will be notified when your order has shipped out so you can track it.  


 International: We ship most items within 2-4 business days after you place your order. The delivery timeframe may vary according to the destination and the shipping option selected when you place your order. Each option has a different average delivery time. You will be notified when your order has shipped out so you can track it.  

Can I cancel my order?

We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 12 hours of your purchase. You should submit an order cancellation request here once you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 12 hours of purchase that have not been shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 10% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been processed and shipped. 

What happened if you received the wrong item? 

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

Where do your products come from?

Our branded products are manufactured in the United States. Unless otherwise mentioned other products may be imported. We only source merchandise from socially responsible businesses with ethical manufacturing practices.
